Baby Tracker

What we collect, why, and who can see it.

Last updated 2026-09-15

The short version

Baby Tracker is a private logging app for parents and the caregivers they choose to invite. Everything you enter — feedings, sleep, diapers, growth, schedule, photos and videos — is visible only to the people in your family group. We don't sell data, run ads, or share anything with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

We don't collect location data, contacts, or browsing history, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers in the app.

Who can see it

Your data is visible only within your family group: yourself, anyone you invite with full access (typically a co-parent), anyone invited as a caregiver (e.g. a nanny), and anyone invited as a view-only viewer (such as a grandparent). Nobody outside a family group you create or join can see that family's data.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure — authentication through Amazon Cognito, logs and schedule data in Amazon DynamoDB, and photos/videos in Amazon S3. Standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) is used throughout.

Your choices

You can delete individual entries, schedule items, photos, and videos at any time from within the app. To delete your account and all associated family data entirely, contact us using the email below.

Children's privacy

Baby Tracker is a tool for adults — parents and caregivers — to log information about a child. It is not directed at children, and children do not use the app or create accounts themselves. Information about a baby is entered by the adult account holder, not collected from the child.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the "last updated" date above will change and, where practical, we'll let you know in the app.
