Conformance target
This site is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the requirements of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (as incorporated by the Revised 508 Standards).
Measures taken
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a visible “skip to content” link, and a logical heading structure.
- Keyboard operability throughout, with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios; decorative graphics marked aria-hidden.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting — animations are disabled when requested.
- Forms with associated labels, clear error messaging, and no reliance on color alone.
- Responsive layout that reflows to a single column without loss of content at 320 px and at 200% zoom.
Assessment & VPAT
Accessibility is reviewed with automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report) for this site is available on request for procurement purposes.
