FOPS Tech, L.L.C. respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and your choices. It does not cover data processed under a client engagement, which is governed by the applicable contract or data-processing agreement.
What we collect
- Information you submit — when you use a contact, quote, or application form: your name, email, phone (if provided), organization, message, and (for applications) the resume file you upload.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamp) kept for security and troubleshooting.
- A small local convenience store — your browser may keep a remembered menu or form draft on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not load third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers on this site. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or statement of work, evaluate a job application, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. Form submissions are emailed to us and stored in our website's admin so we do not lose a request.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — our hosting provider and our email provider — under their terms, and where required by law. Recruitment data may be retained for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete it.
Retention
Inquiry and quote records are kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and our records, then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Application materials are kept up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, and you may withdraw consent for future contact. Email contact@fopstech.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws.
Security
The site is HTTPS-only with strict security headers, least-privilege access, and multi-factor authentication. See our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy to report an issue.
Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13.
